An eco-village in Zabljak is offered for sale

The Rudanka eco-village is located at an altitude of 1600 m above sea level on the edge of the Tara River canyon, in a beautiful environment created by Mount Durmitor and the Sinjaevina mountain range, in close proximity to Lake Zaboj (7 km).

Surrounded by an old pine forest and with a view stretching more than 50 km into the distance, it is an ideal place for all nature lovers, outdoor recreation, as well as for sports and recreation (mountaineering, photo safari, cycling, hiking ...).

The eco-village of Rudanka is located on an area of 20,000 m2.

Designed 16 houses for rent and a restaurant for the provision of food and beverages, as well as an additional auxiliary facility, which is a total of 706 m2 of the capacity of the village.

The investor invested in the construction of a new short road to the very entrance to the Rudanka Eco-village, which will allow even small cars to reach the village without hindrance.

The plot has all the necessary connections to water and electricity. The project provides for the construction of the first row of 8 houses, each of which has an area of 28 m2, and the second row also has 8 houses, each with an area of 40 m2.

It is envisaged that all houses will be two-storeyed, each of which has an equipped bathroom.

The total area of the already built first row of the house is 224m2, and a house has already been built, which will serve as housing for employees and laundry, with an area of 60m2.

A 120 m2 restaurant plus a 42 m2 gallery was built, for a total of 162 m2 with a capacity of 70 seats for lunch.

In the second row, foundations have already been laid for 7 more houses with the necessary infrastructure.  The total area of the house in Eco Village will be 544 m2.

The terrain was leveled and an old stone wall was built in two rows.

Purchased all plumbing, plumbing and electrical materials for the entire project, as well as most of the small inventory for the restaurant.

All the structures necessary for the construction of the remaining 7 houses have been prepared.
